State Wyoming – Rocky Mountains and the Yellowstone- National Park

The state of Wyoming is located amidst the Rocky Mountains in the North of the USA. If you want to experience the legend of the cowboys then you should reserve your hotel or your holiday home here.

The landscape of Wyoming is extremely varied. The Great Plains - plains nearly beyond the horizon - impress through their vast prairies. Treeless steppe landscapes, which rivers are passing through and pastureland where you can find cowboys like in ancient times.

The Rocky Mountains are located at the outmost edge of Wyoming in the North West. Surely everyone knows the photos of the Teton Range with the Grand Teton Peak with a height of more than 4,000 m. The untouched landscape, streams which splash through the forests, beyond that the mountain range pile up a mighty way with snow covered hills. A breathtaking view. Hiking, climbing, rafting and skiing - the Rocky Mountains are well worth a visit regardless of the season.

Western? Heroes and cowboys - the legends - are alive here in Wyoming. Rattlesnakes,  prairie dogs, rabbits, coyotes and grouses who move through the prairie. Also Also bison hers can be found here and there. Very ancient abandoned ghost cities tell stories from centuries long ago.

The Yellowstone National Park accommodates a vast array of species. Let you be enchanted by the beauties of this area taking a guided tour. The city of Cody is somewhat South of the park. If you reserve your hotel here you have found the perfect origin for you exploring the nature. The city has also a Buffalo-Bill museum.

The state of Wyoming is so varied and interesting that one holiday is not enough to explore it. Surely you will soon return to the United States of America.
