The flat ist in a small, quiet  housing estate. The houses are built  in 1995 in the style of half-timbered houses. Each house has a little garden. Our apartment no. 12 is in the ground floor and has a nice terrace. It is 30 qm and suitable for 2 persons.

In the bed-sitting room  are furniture in nordic style, a TV and a comfortable bed. In the kitchen is an electric range with oven,  fridge, coffee maker, toaster and other household effects. The bathroom is with a shower. All rooms are renovatet in 2008. There are garden furniture like deckchair, sunshade and grill. You can bring your own bed linen or rent from our property manager.
