Windsor Locks – at the shore of the Connecticut river

Windsor Locks is also a city in the county of Connecticut in USA. The former affiliation to England can be detected and seen easily. Many buildings in the Victoran style built in the time of the founding farthers can be found in this city.

This museum is very popular for children – especially boys. Due to the location of Windsor Locks directly at the shore of Connecticut river there is possibilty for many leisure activities in the nature. One example is the nearly world-famous fishing at the shore of Connecticut river.
