The holiday object "Burg Freienstein" is a traditional house and the only "castle" in the Baltic Sea Warnemünde. On a spacious property, the villa was restored in 2004/05.

The symbol of Warnemünde can be seen from afar - from the eastern edge of the promenade the lighthouse, built in 1897, rises proudly above the city next to the "teapot" with its hypershell roof.
