The north west side plot with palms and trees lies on the Cat Cay canal with views on the same named Cat Cay Lake.
The really big outdoor space of 1570 sq feet includes a terrace with pool and the following garden furnitures, 2 tables , 10 chairs, 6 sun chairs and a grill.
The 28 x 14 feet pool has an electrical heat pump pool heating system which you normally will not need except maybe in the winter months. 
A Gas BBQ grill can provide all the pleasures of outdoor cooking, American style: there is an abundant supply of steaks, chicken, spare ribs & fish in the local Supermarkets, located just a few minutes away.  

Villa Blue Water is an exceptional, bright and cheerful, high-ceilinged house which gives the impression of living permanently outdoors. The Living Room seems to flow into the Pool/Patio area, with its exceptionally large, 60 ft Lanai.

further leisure activities: Living near to over 130 golf courses in an 1 hour distance is extremely attractive for golf players. Florida is a real golf paradise. In the attention of the golf beginners: if you are not yet allowed to play in Europe, but you finally want to escape the Driving Range and play on a real golf course, Florida is the right place for you. Here nobody will ask how good or how bad you are, as long as you don’t stop the course of the game. Nobody asks for the Handicap. We recommend that you don’t choose the February-April season if you are a beginner, because you might be too slow for other players during this time.

Description of environment:

Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well. Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico. In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dreamlike, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.

In the living room - with view to the pool and the canal - there are a 59' big screen cable -TV set with Blue-Ray Home Theater Surround Sound System (incl. CD/ DVD Player and iPod docking station).. It will be comfortable there sitting on a three-seat's sofa and two armchairs plus a stool, which can be used as a footrest.

The carpeted, high-ceilinged MASTER BEDROOM, 17 ft by 12 ft, is connected with a very large, over-sized & luxurious big shower-bathroom area which includes a Jacuzzi and a separate Toilet. Between the Master Bedroom & the Bathroom there are one separate spacious walk-in closet.
THE SECOND BEDROOM
This carpeted bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed. There are two bed-side tables, lamps, an alarm-clock/radio/CD-player, a dresser with ample drawer space, and a large built-in closet. There is also a ceiling fan with lights as well as a wall-hung flat screen TV. The second bathroom with washstand, a shower and toilet belongs to this bedroom.
THE THIRD BEDROOM
This bright, east-facing 10 ft by 14 ft carpeted bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, side tables with lamps, with a mirror-drawer ensemble and an ample built-in closet. There is also an alarm-clock/radio/CD-player and a ceiling fan with lights as well in this room.

    The large dining table is handsomely bevel-glass-topped, with comfortable dining chairs for eight.
    The dining room looks directly out on to the Pool Deck, Jacuzzi and Palm Trees, and is conveniently adjacent to the Kitchen.


    This office room leads off conveniently leads off from the Entry Foyer.
    Inside, the large window overlooks the palm-treed front garden, and there are desk, an office chair, a high-speed internet Gateway PC computer, Printer and a Fax-Copier.

    For sporty activities a cross trainer is on the terrace as a fitness machine available.

     the garage are bicycles as well as a kayak for 2 persons (use at your own risk!) at your disposal.
    In the utility room next to the garage youwill find a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

    BOAT-UND SUNDECK

    There is a wooden-planked Captain's Walk stretching the entire 120 ft length of the waterfront. This is easily accessible through a Lanai door and down a few steps. This long Captain's Walk area makes visiting docking boats easy.

    There are two large private patio areas at the water’s edge, with a panoramic view, fully equipped with table and chairs under the TIKI hut to enjoy a sun downer.

    In addition, are there two sun loungers and a two person hammock exists as well.

    A comfortable sport boat.

    On the boat lift, you will find a Glastron GX 205 bowrider that hosts up to 10 persons and commands enough power from a 5.0 L Volvo Penta. The usage of the boat is free of charge.
