The famous city built upon posts, once ruled by doges, crossed with canals on which gondolas sway has, of course, formed Venetia in a very special way: we are speaking of Venice.
But Venetia is more than just Venice: mountains, valleys and coasts form a diverse landscape enjoyed by mountain lovers and bathers alike. Follow in the footsteps of Romeo and Juliet in Verona which, just like the city of Vincenza, is a UNESCO world heritage site. Or plan a skiing trip in the Venetian Dolomite Mountains. Venetia has many faces.

Waterfalls plunge off of cliffs, gorges break through stone worlds, mountain summits make you want to whisper in the presence of this majestic nature. Venetia’s mountain landscape is beautiful.

You can marvel at it at the Parco Nazionale Dolomiti Bellunesi national park. Here mountain goats climb the rocks, it is home to stags and deer,martens and badgers and rare birds fly through the air here: golden eagles, Rauhfuss- und Steinhühner (Chickens). Trees like silver firs, beaches and oaks make up the forest parts of the park.
Venetia lies on the Adriatic Sea. That means: sun, beaches and bathing fun, for example at the sea resorts Jesolo and Caorle. Here there is room for fitness, swimming in the sea, dancing at the discos or for just looking for a spot on the sand beach to finally read the bestseller that has been lying in your bookshelf for ages.

Venetia’s Adriatic coast offers everything a good bathing coast needs: you can go surfing, sailing, try water skiing or paragliding, play beach volleyball or go deep sea fishing. Breathe the fresh ocean air, feel the breeze on your skin: it’s vacation time!
