Our Townhouse is 2 story. A big living room, kitchen and guest-WC and laundry room, that lie in the rear of the Townhouse, are in the ground floor. Roofs completely and waterproof.
Each of the 2 bedrooms are with his own hot water-shower, WC and wash-basins, are in the top floor. The front garden is positioned after own idea of us, with terrace-seat-corner, waterfall with creek bed, Dimmbare garden-illumination and many green-plants, that to the lingers invites. The bedrooms have ever one air-conditioning, ventilator and refrigerator at their disposal.
The kitchen is equipped with all, just like at home. coffeemaschiene, water-stoves, gas-stove with oven as well as all imaginable dishes and aquipment. It will hardly remain wishes openly.
If however, something should be missing, you give shortly summons, and it becomes concerned.(We are 7/24 attainable for you on the spot.) Our service including per person and week, one case of drinking waters and a fruit-basket, free transfer from and to the airport as well as to the ferry. The home and room-cleaning takes place in 3x the week. If you should celebrate birthday in the rent-time period, then, we organize a barbecue for you.
Our Townhouse lies about in 100m from the Samui-Lake and approximately 1000m from the Chaweng-Beach enfernt, it lain. The rowhouse-settlement is lived in by Thais about half from European businessmen and to the other. This is an appealing mix. Every few hours, it will offer a great meal, a Snack or a refreshment to you before the "front door." ----Services without end----

Ab einer Mietdauer von 2 Wochen, holen und bringen wir Sie kostenlos zum Flughafen oder Fähre, Zudem erhält jeder Gast pro Woche einen Kasten Sprudelwasser und einen Früchekorb.(nach Saison). Sollten Sie im Buchungszeitraum Geburtstag haben, dann richten wir für Sie eine kleine Grillfeier aus.
Journey recommodation:
The journey mostly occurs, because fastest, by the airplane directly to Koh-Samui. The flights from Bangkok are also offered to Surathanee which are cheaper around something. Then from there it goes with the ferry or the speed boat further to Koh-Samui. However, man can also go by the train or coach of Bangkok to Surathanee and then go with the autoferry or the speed boat further to Samui. Should you have enough time, this way is the richer in impression. Should you have even more time, then go best of all by the night boat of Surathanee to Samui. The crossing lasts approx. 8 hrs, have a sleeping place in 50 personal decks. It is an adventure for itself.
