This beautiful villa in Florida was built and completed in 2002. The “Three Palms” holiday villa is placed at the southwestern end of Cape Coral, close to one of the many salt water canals coming from the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral lies right next to Fort Myers and is called the “American Venice”, due to its many canals. The wonderful off the coast lying isles Sanibel Island and Captiva can be reached within a very short time. Empty, many miles long sandy beaches are most inviting for gathering scallops and are an ideal place for children, because of the soft sloping coastline.

The Villa Three Palms stretches out over a living space of about 160 square meters, consisting of a big open living room, an open kitchen that is completely and comfortably equipped with all necessary electrical devices and a counter. There is an open prandial area, three bed rooms (Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom) and two bathrooms. The living room is outfitted with a flat screen TV for jovial evenings. The TV can be seen from the pool area and there is wireless high speed internet (W-LAN) available for free use. The house is also best suited for wheel chairs, since all rooms are layed out even with the ground and without stages. All doors and the master bathroom are in an adequate size.

An utility room provides a laundry machine and a dryer. The double garage is electronically controllable and with direct access to the house. The outdoor area consists of a generous sized canopied terrace, a pool and chairs, a table and comfortable sun loungers. This outdoor area is fully covered by a screen to protect it from insects. You can enjoy your meal in a most relaxed atmosphere with a big gas-driven barbecue grill and culinary delicacies like Ribey steaks or Prawns.
