Our new house Sylvia-Fanny situated near the swimming bay Mala Lozna is only 3 - 4 minutes walking distance from the sea. At the edge of the beautiful gravel swimming bay there is a beach bar where you can get some snacks. Sunshades and cots are offered upon fee.

You can go for a swim early in the morning and then enjoy your breakfast in a comfortable manner on the big terrace which you will find in every apartment.

Breathe the mild air soaked with the flavour of herbs, lavender, flowers and spices. You will be glad to give your soul the possibility to relax.

When you hear the sound of the cicadas in the morning, then you will really have a beautiful warm vacation day.

Both apartments are furnished in the same manner. In the living area you will find a comfortable lounge, and the sofa can be adapted as a sleeping couch for one person.

Two bedrooms, one with double-bed, one with 2 beds

Every kitchen disposes of convection oven with an oven, an extraction hood, refrigerator with a freezer and, of course, enough dishes and kitchen implements.

There is one bathroom with bathtub, with a possibility to shower sideways. Therefore it is suitable for bathing as well as for taking a shower. Of course, there is also a wash basin and WC. Moreover, there is an extra WC for guests with a wash basin as well.

Satellite TV is in every apartment.

Dogs are not allowed out of respect for other guests.

Visitor's tax is to be paid extra. Children up to 12 years are not charged with the visitor's tax, and children up to 18 years are charged with only 50% of the visitor's tax.

Towels, bed linens and final cleaning are included in the price.

further leisure activities: There are plenty of possibilities to spend a holiday on the third biggest island on the Dalmatian Riviera. You can enjoy the marvelous clear water, you can learn to dive in the neighboring place, you can go for an excursion to the highest mountain on the island, Vidova Gora (778 m) and saunter through Bol with the world famous ZLATNI RAT (Golden horn).

Or you can go for a rafting tour on the mainland at Omis and finish off the day with a glass of nice Dalmatian wine.

Boat trips with fish picnic are offered as well as night trips, surfing and much more. You can find good restaurants everywhere. One of them in Splitska has German speaking owners; the owner would be happy to pick you up at your arrival. That way you will arrive at your accommodation facility without experiencing any problems.

Description of environment:

Postira is a place with approx. 1500 permanent residents and directed to the mainland. There is no large-scale tourism over here with huge hotels, but yet again there is a constant, lively movement particularly in the harbour with its restaurants and cafes. The Bank, the post office and ample number of small shops are all completing the picture. Within just a couple of minutes driving distance you can reach Supetar, the main city of the island. There you can also find all other necessary facilities like pharmacy, ambulance or petrol station.

There are lot of ways how to spend your free time: swimming, surfing, scuba diving, hiking, cycling, boat excursions, rafting tours, tennis, visiting ancient sights or simply enjoying the sun and the sea.
