Built in 1885, this building used to be famous for its wine cellars. Exactly 100 years later, in 1995, the building of ascetic exterior was one of the first in Kaunas to open its doors as a cosy hotel with elegant interior. Once a gloomy, and during soviet times, abandoned building, has now become a prestigious ‘visiting card’ of the city.
