We are within a fifteen minute walk to Tepapa Museum  and just only  a five minute stroll to the base of beautiful Mt Victoria where another thirty minutes walk would take you to the top  and to quote certain tourist publications   from there you will see some 360 degree  panoramic views of the city rated as some of the best views of a city in the world We are within a ten minute drive and on the shuttle bus route to the  Airport, rail,bus and interisland ferry terminal

We have a guests kitchen and dining room where complimentry tea coffee and chocolate is always available  and where we have a computer set up for guests free ussage ,  along with points for lap top computers plus we also have free wireless internet , we also have a TV lounge with Sky TV,guests laundry and telephone , We have single double twin and triple rooms all of which have there own ensuite bathrooms .
