The church kills North Rhine-Westphalia with kindness: They built, for example, at the moment of Charlemagne, the Aachen Cathedral which was defined as world cultural heritage in 1978. Nearly a must is also a visit of the Cologne Cathedral. In 1998 it celebrated its 750-year-old existence.
