Between Yellowstone and the Glacier National Park
Montana is the fourth largest State of the USA, located in the north, and offers its vacationers beautiful landscapes between lowlands in the east and the Rocky Mountains in the west.
The Missouri and Yellowstone Rivers, amongst others, flow through the scarcely populated land. Speaking of Yellowstone, a share of the national park of the same name lies in Montana and also the Glacier National Park. The capital is Helena.

Tourists enjoy visiting the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Museum (near Billings), the Prairie Indian History Museum in Browning or the ghost town Nevada City. In addition to this, Montana has many bizarre monuments like the Pompey’s Pillar National Monument or the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument.
In Montana there are diverse Indian reservations, in a museum in Bozeman tourists can learn about the history and culture of the Prairie Indians. You can watch wild Mustangs in the gorges of Devil’s Canyon and bison herds at the National Bison Range. For this, ranch vacations are offered, for example.
But there are also many vacation apartments and houses, hotels and camping grounds. Along the cross-country interstates I 90 (Boston – Seattle), I 94 (Port Huron – Billings) and the US highways 87, 212 and 310, but also along many subordinate streets you will find a wide array of motels.
