2,3 million people live in the surface-moderately biggest region of France. An impressive landscape, historic cities with complete architecture and a climate favoured by the sun lends to a vacation in Midi-Pyrenees’ a quite particular charm.

Century is worth seeing, numerous patrician-houses of the renaissance as well as the Gothic Dominican-cloister Les Jacobins with the shrine of the saint Thomas of Aquin.

An attraction of the Midi-Pyrenees’ is the city Rocamadour, built on a lime-level directly at the rocks.
