Langenargen – an idyllic place to stay

Langenargen is a well-known health resort, which is located on the southern shore of Lake Constance. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view over the lake to the Swiss shore with its imposingly Alps.
The town is first of all fascinating with its historical centre.

One special object of interest in Langenargen is the Moorish style built Castle of Montfort. The tower of this castle offers you an unforgettable view over the complete area. Also the impressing baroque church of St. Martin is worth to be visited.  Another preferred destination for sightseeing is the 100-year-old cable suspension bridge, which is connecting Langenargen with its neighbour town Kressbronn. Visitors who are interested in Art and Culture will find an interesting museum inside the old Parsonage Building.
Especially nature loving guests will come on their cost in this lovely region of Lake Constance.

Also many sporty activities – to water and ashore – are offered here. Swimming, surfing, sailing, Nordic walking and biking are only some of the possible activities.

Langenargen is surrounded by fruit cultivation areas and located at a wonderful bank promenade with a fascinating harbour.

Who decides to spend his vacation at this place, has a huge choice of different accommodations. You can choose either one of the beautiful hotel rooms with romantic view over the lake, or a comfortably equipped holiday-apartment or house, as well as a room in one of the low-priced boarding-houses.
