The Isle of Man – Mixture of tradition and the age of today

The Isle of Man is an island with a size of 572 km² in the Irish Sea. They are not part of the British islands or the EU but are simply ruled by the English crown. Approximately 75,000 people live in tiny cities and villages. The largest city Douglas at the Eat Coast is at the same time the Capital city.
The name is due to the rivers Dhoo and Glass which coalesce in the city. Further tiny villages who* are inviting for a holiday on the Isle of Man are Ramsey, Onchan and Peel.

Everyone who makes holiday on the Isle of Man will be able to explore a shoreline with a length of 160 kilometers. There is a possibility for extensive hikes, to make water sports or also play Squash, Badminton and Tennis.  Anyone loving Golf is able to reserve a hotel on the Isle of Man and pursue his sport on several golf links. Annually the Tourist Trophy motor bike race is staged. Many tourists visit the island for this event and stay in a hotel on the Isle of Man.
