Holiday flat on the island of Sylt

Twelve villages decorate the largest of the German islands of the North Sea. Everyone of this villages presents itself a bit different: Kampen for instance combines the Heath scenery and sand beaches with a flowering nightlife at clubs, five villages which have combined their ideas and power to be the cure bathSylt-Ost show themselves in an old Frisian tradition with reet roofs and Keitum is minted by old Captain´s houses.

Sylt — the sunny island
The sun really favors Sylt: It shines approcimately 1.790 hours per year, the average in Germany as approximately 170 hours less. Therefore you have good chances for surfing, jogging, swimming or hiking on Sylt and under the blue sun. Those interested in sports have vast opportunities on the island. Try parachuting, paragliding or windsurfing. Explore Sylt on Inline-skates, on a horse or with a bike.

Whole of the charme of the island with a size of approximately 90 km2 will be revealed to yourself: At the shifting dunes in the North where the wind awards again and again a new shape. At the Red cliff at Kampen where the water since many years shapes the land. Or within a flowering heath which is home for more than 600 species of butterflies. More than 200 restaurants, bistros and traditional restaurants on Sylt cater for culinary delights. The fresh and excellent fish is strictly recommended. Even if most of the holiday flats have wohn kitchens which enables you to cook for yourself a visit is well worth. Maybe children have fun with a priates trip, let them hunt for treasures with a costume of a pirate and simultaneousely can enjoy one of the numerous oppoerunities for wellnes: Maybe am Ayuerveda massage or courses for body forming in the 4.500 m2 large Syltnesscenter in Westerland ? 

Westerland is the only city on the island, invites for concerts, for shopping and dancing, in winter also on the ice rink.  If you ever think, some time, you have seen all, experienced all then have a closer look again: You surely will explore many interesting details on the island of Sylt.

Accommodation
You also have the chance on renting a holiday flat in a house which has a thatch roof which is so typical for the Northern part of Germany. Forest and beach can be especially near if you want. And the own private sauna provides relaxation after a day full of experiences out of your holiday flat. Allow yourself an own home for a while... located on an attractive island.
