Island - Volcanoes, horses and bookworms

Iceland in the utmost North of Europa is a more and more popular destination. Many ship cruises are leading to the country and many traveller want to explore the country during a trekking tour. Or the thought on the horses of the island is there attracting them. Iceland and its Iceland horses are practically the same. The animals are living there since many centuries and are amongst the mostly thoroughbred species of horses if that. The iceland horses are small like a pony and extremely robust, they are leading their riders sure-footed through the volcano nature of Iceland.

Naturally there are also hotels in Iceland. Especially at the capital city of Reykjavik, which is at the same time unrivaled the largest city of the country, there is no shortage.  Hotels in Iceland are available in all price ranges, but also holiday homes and flats are additionally available.

Anyone who gets familiar to the people in Iceland will be surprised how much of friendliness and openness they show. The people of Iceland are known as very educated people, the leave everything undone for reading books. A study implies that the most authors live here measured as percentage of the inhabitants.

The nature plays the most important part in Iceland. Most of the year it is more likely to be cool, but in June until August the temperature is very comfortable. Then it is also flourishing within the sparse Icelandic landscape which is in other times of the year mainly minted by glaciers and volcanoes.
