Houston, Texas – vacation in the gulf of Mexico

Houston is situated in the southeast of the US federal state Texas, directly at the Mexican Gulf. With more than two million inhabitants it is the biggest town of its federal state and fourth largest of the United States of America. Therefore it is a matter of course that in Houston there is an almost endlessly big choice of holiday flats, motels and hotels.

From downtown to the beaches at the Mexican Gulf there are only a few miles. The town and its surroundings are ideally suitable for a combination of towns and beach vacation. Finally, Houston is located in a climate zone which is anything but sparing with the sun, blue sky and pleasantly warm temperatures.

In Houston, the best tourist season is spring and autumn. In the city several institutions of the cultural life are on the narrowest region. There is a theatre, concert halls and operas which provide entertainment at the highest stage. In the museum area you can get find something pleasant for the eye and for education.
