Centrally located between Alexanderplatz and Kurfürstendamm

The apartment is located in the Hohenstaufenstrasse in Schöneberg, with its many cafes and restaurants. Small and larger shops are nearby.
Underground station and bus stops are very close. The Kurfürstendamm is reached quickly, the Potsdamer Platz is nearby.

In the immediate vicinity you will find: restaurants, cafes and bakeries, butchers, fruit, organic and gourmet food shops, supermarkets (German and Turkish).
In addition, there are two popular markets: Berlin's most famous Winterfeld Market (Wednesday and Saturday) and the market at the John-F-Kennedy-Platz in front of the Rathaus Schöneberg (Tuesday and Friday).
And there are many small shops - antique shops, book  shops, newspapers, flowers, gifts, plate, minerals and leather shops. Banks, post office, doctors, pharmacies are also easily accessible.

Description of environment:

Top location in Schöneberg in the area around Winterfeldtplatz. And (midway between Citywest Zooviertel, Kudamm) and City East (Potsdamer Platz) to Alexanderplatz.

The Winterfeldtmarkt, Wednesdays and Saturdays, is the largest vegetable and weekly market in Berlin, a wellknown place for visitors from all over Berlin. And around it: a trendy neighborhood with restaurants and bars, handicrafts and Antquariaten - in direct proximity to Nollendorfplatz.

Viktoria-Luise-Platz is within 10 minutes. Here lived and wrote the the librettist Rudolph Bernauer his Berlin and Viennese operettas, composed by Walter Kollo and these songs: "It was in Schöneberg, im Monat Mai ...", untern Linden, untern Linden ..." and "Die Männer sind all Verbrecher ...".

Bus nearby, Subway 5 minutes walk. And 15 minutes walk to the KaDeWe, the Memorial Church and the Kurfürstendamm, the most famous shopping street in Europe.

Arriving by plane
1. From Airport Tegel: Bus X9 to Zoologischer Garten, then either:
  - Bus 204 to Eisenacherstraße (stops opposite the apartments)
  - Bus M46 to Hohenstaufenstraße (250 m to the apartment)
2. From Schönefeld Airport: Bus SFX1 direction to Suedkreuz, continue by bus M46 to
    Hohenstaufenstraße (250 m to the apartment)

Arriving by train
From Central Station: Tram No. 7 or 75 to Zoologischer Garten, then either:
 - Bus 204 to Eisenscher Street (stops opposite the apartments)
 - Bus M46 to Hohenstaufenstraße (250 m to the apartment)

Tickets are available at vending machines in the underground station and at kiosks. They apply to U-/S-Bahn, trams, buses and trains. Single tickets € 2.10. Tickets cost € 2.10 and are in tram or bus even from the driver available / It is valid for the tariff area AB. Please note: travel to / from Schönefeld is zone ABC.

Arriving by car
Highway connecting Innsbrucker Platz - 1.8 kilometers to the apartments on Martin Luther Straße to Hohenstaufenstraße Parking: In Schöneberg can be parked free. There is an apartment parking space in the backyard. The gate is opened with the house keys, you can get a radio control
