You are cordially invited to our cozy holiday flat / apartment. It has a separate entry, the size is about 70 sqm. Colour-satellite-TV, phone and internet access via WLAN for your laptop is available. The bathroom is equippedwith a toilet and a big shower, towels are available. In the kitchen you will find everything you need: coffee-machine, toaster, waterboiler, microwave, egg-cooker, mixer, and a waffle-maker. In this holiday flat / apartment 2 (as here described) for 5 persons you will find a bedroom witha double (queen-size or king-size) bed and a bedroom with double and single beds. The dining area is next to the kitchen. The living room and the bedrooms are accessible via stairs. Exit the flat / apartment to the gardenyard you will find a separate barbecue corner just for you and your family. Connected to this corner is a playground and yard with play-devices for your children as well as a seating area.

The prices from 38 Euros are good for 1 to 2 persons. Each additional person costs an extra 4 Euros

Description of environment:

Oberscheidweiler is a cozy little village in the middle of a beautiful nature situated between the valleys of the little rivers Alf and Sammet. Many hiking trails are inviting you to the gorgeous landscapes of the Eifel. Typical points of interest of the vicinity are crater lakes filled with water (e.g. the Pulvermaar) and streams of now cold lava of extinguished volcanoes.

Sights:

A special experience is offered by a visit of the volcano house (Vulkanhaus) Strohn as well as the 120 tonnes heavy "Vulcano-Bomb", the volcano lake museum (Maarmuseum) or the Eifel-Bell-Manufactory. You will have a beautiful panoramic view from the 28m high Vulcano-Info Plattform in Steineberg. The Mosel river is accessible from Oberscheidweiler in a few minutes. A trip to the Mosel-town of Trier, Cochem and Bernkastel-Kues are wanderful.

Journey recommodation:

Motorway A 48 (Trier-Koblenz), departure: Hasborn. From Hasborn to Oberscheidweiler are 3Km.

    Bread rolls can be delivered to the house in the mornings. Drinks and sodas can be found in the old blacksmith-shop, which can be used for barbeque partys during not so nice weather. There are free bicycles available for grown-ups as well as for children. For your children you will find a trolley for hikes, a toy-tractor with trailer,a tricycle, a sliding cart, a swing, a sliding board, a sandbox and a trampoline on our huge playground.
