More than 200 different species of plants can be found there - at this green paradise between the glacier ice. Friends of hiking and trekking find a magnificent landscape here. Guided tours are also offered up to the Hvannadakshnukur, the highest mountain of Iceland. A breathtaking view on the Eastern Iceland is provided by this mountain which is 2,119 m tall.
