Washington D.C. - more than Capital city of the USA

All people who hear about Washington D. C.firstly think about this city being the Capital of the USA and the seat of the American president in firstly combine this city with its function for politics. Whoever has booked a hotel or vacation home in Washington DC and was stayiong some days there is detecting that not all is Politics there.

Most of the 550.000 inhabitants of the city is afroamerican. Therefore it is obvious that the lifestyle of the afroamerican people crosses over to the tourists. Friendliness, lust for life and hospitality are top priorities.

Naturally there are many sights in Washington D.C. due to the fact that this city has a great history. Besides the world-famous sights like the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington cathedral and the White House (seating of the President of the USA) there are many admirable small momuments. For example the Old Stone House which is the earliest building in Washington. It is estimated that it was build in the year 1763.

Besides all of the sights people addicted to sports have their fun here. Many possibilities are open to everyone. Therefore the hotel or vacation home in Washington DC will be used for sleeping only due to the mass of possibilities for leisure or excursions. The nightlife in this cosmopolitan city is as many-sided as the offers during the day.
