Costa Adeje – holiday destination in the south west of Tenerife

Costa Adeje is a popular coast in the southwest of the Canary Island Tenerife. This tourist area is named by the same named city Adeje which is further located in the interior. In popular resorts like Torviscas or Los Cristianos you have a sufficient choice in contemplative holiday apartments, summer cottages and excellent hotels.

Everybody may find a suitable lodging, no matter whether in the middle of a stronghold like "Playa de las Americas" or a small contemplative place in the near mountains. The highway, which is called on the maps TF-1, a first-class air connection exists from the airport Tenerife-South to your selected holiday apartment, the summer cottage or the booked hotel at Costa Adeje.

If you like to go for long walks along the coast, you are exactly right at Tenerife. The beauteous nice sandy beaches of the island are a paradise for travellers, runners and sunbathers. Moreover, the Atlantic Ocean is also appropriate for an activity holiday.

If you are interested in learning the art of the windsurfing, Tenerife provides ideal conditions. A fresh wind always blows and is not only is a nice refreshment, but also makes sure adequate sternway.

However, the best attraction of the island is the "Parque National del Teide" with its proverbial tip 3.718-metre-high "Pico del Teide".
