You´ll find Lago Puelo in Chubut, Patagonia Argentina, at the feet of the mountains “Los Andes“, at 200m on sea level, due to that there is a very special microclimate. The place offers you a lot of activities, like: Trekking, Mountain Bike, Climbing, Paragliding, Riding , or a trip through the time in an old patagonien train. But you can also simply relax yourself and enjoy the peaceful landscape with the pure and crystalline waters of the lake.
You are only around 1500m away of the National Park Lago Puelo, where you can swim in the lake or enjoy beautiful walks in an uncomparable environment.

Description of environment:
The place Lago Puelo is situated in the region Chubut, Patagonia, Argentine.
In only about 3000 m from the center you will find the National Park Lago Puelo. In the Park you can find the Lake, in a wonderfoul nature surrounded by the Andes. There are a lot of woods and virgin nature, a paradies for all nature friends!
In the city center you can find all you need, from busstation to supermarket and farmacy.
Sights:
You have the possibility to make a lot of short trips from Lago Puelo to the sorrounded area in for example one day. Like:
El Bolson and his famous mountain Piltrigquitron; Cabeza del Indio and several waterfalls ( in 20KM of Puelo)
El Hoyo and his waterfall (15KM)
El Maiten, with "La Trochita" the last train going with carbon
