Brisbane in Queensland – city holiday in the major city

Wonderfully dips the skyline of Brisbane which is situated in the northeast Australia into a chequered riot of colour at night. When the sun has set and the living metropolis heralds the nightlife of the lively metropolis in Queensland, many coloured lights also start shining. An incredibly festive atmosphere blows over the town which is also called „River City”.

The town received this nickname because Brisbane River blazed its trail here through the suburbs to open out into the Moreton Bay. If you rented a room at the hotel or a holiday apartment in this town, you dive into a coloured and lively town which has to offer several things to its visitors. Here on one side everything cuts its own unhurried path, however, the combination of culture and humour makes the town to a little special thing.

Above all, vacationers are enjoying the tropical weather of the region and the coastal stripe which is almost like a garden. Not only the City Hall lends itself as a sightseeing tour can be visited at King George Square. An impressive facade with several columns and a more than 90-metre-high tower awaits the visitors.

The museum of Brisbane as well as the designing of the hall are extremely worth seeing. Of course you can also leave the hotel or holiday apartment to undertake a tour on the Brisbane River by the City Cat, a kind of catamaran. Casinos, parks and all kinds of entertainment possibilities offer a dreamlike town vacation.
