Bloomington – The shopping marvel of America

Who is travelling to Minnesota will surely not cpme by the famous “twin cities” Minneapolis and Saint Paul. However it is especially an outer quarter of the metropol region which attracts thousands and thousands of shopping addicts like being a magic place: Bloomington.

Due to their location holiday homes in Bloomington are a perfect origin in order to explore the fascinating „country of the 10,000 lakes“  during the holiday.
The Voyageurs national park with its many romantic lakes and beay is like being created for exciting trips with the kayak or the canoe. Many who love the nature swear especially on the autumn wenn the scenery is one large flush of colours.  But Bloomington itself is also a popular magnet of tourists and US citizens due to the fact that the city offers all sorts of variety.

Many holidaymakers from all over the USA can be seen in the hotels of Bloomington which are above all attracted by the “mall of America” - the largest shopping centre of all of the USA. A gigantic complex of shops, night clubs and restaurants – a shopping expedition will be an absolute experience. Some hotels in Bloomington even offer a shuttle service to the huge shopping temple.

But Bloomington is more than having fun during shopping. A special highlight is the A.C.E.S. Flight simulation area. You can make an absolutely lifelike air combat with your friends and could feel like being a „Top Gun“.

The Underwater Adventures Aquarium is also a popular centre of attraction for the adults and the little ones. The sea dwellers – above them are many sharks -  swim directly above your head and body during your stroll through a glass tunnel.
