Berlin Tempelhof is a part of the Tempelhof Schoeneberg district. In 2001, the two formerly separate districts were combined to become the 7th administrative district of the country capital Berlin. Most people know Tempelhof, especially because of its airport of the same name. 

The Tempelhof Schoeneberg district consists of the Tempelhof, Schoeneberg, Friedenau, Mariendorf and Marienfelde quarters with a population of 334,268 in an area of 5309 hectares. Tempelhof used to be known as Berlin’s bourgeoisie district and still today, this quarter located in the south of Berlin has a lot to offer. The activities offered in Berlin’s 7th district are as diverse as its inhabitants are multicultural.
