Aruba- the tropical nature paradise

Aruba is one of the „Islands under the Wind“ and lies in the Southern Caribbean in front of the Venezuelan coast. This island has had its own administration since 1986 as a self-governed Dutch overseas territory. 

30 kilometers long and 9 kilometers wide, the island belongs to the smaller Caribbean Islands but is still a popular vacation destination, since Aruba has a constant tropic climate with hardly any fluctuations. The island lies outside of the hurricane zone. Aruba has a population of about 72,000, the main part of which lives in the capital Oranjestad or on the west coast, where the tourist centers on long, sandy beaches are lined up next to each other.

Here tourists will find hotel complexes for every budget and taste. The offers range from luxury hotels over vacation homes in bungalow style to time sharing apartments.

Individualists can find low priced and clean accommodations in pensions and familiar guest houses all over the island. 

Aruba’s most beautiful landmarks are of course its magnificent nature, vegetation and the bizarre cliffs on the east coast. Oranjestad, with its Colonial cityscape in Dutch architectural style, invites you to shopping, strolling, to culinary delights and fascinating nightlife. Water sports, golf, jeep tours, trips with a glass bottom boat or mountain bike, outdoor sports and wellness all belong to the offers for guests of the island and make a vacation under the palms simply perfect.
