Región Centro – in the central east of Argentina

Región Centro is identified as the central east of Argentina. This important area of the South American state arises from the provinces of Córdoba, Entre Ríos and Santa Fe. With a population density of just once 19 inhabitants per square kilometre Regíon Centro is particularly meant for travellers who like to stay a little away from the world. For comparison only: In Germany a population density of 230 inhabitants per square kilometre obtains.

If you are looking for a holiday flat, a motel or a suitable hotel, you should look in the biggest towns of the Región Centro first. It concerns Córdoba, Rosario, Santa Fe, Paraná, Río Cuarto and Concordia. The two first mentioned ones are each second largest and third-biggest towns of the country and, hence, offer a sufficient choice of holiday apartments, motels and hotels for every taste and pocket.

The biggest principal magnets of tourism are, on the one hand, the regional beauty with its national parks and to the other the carnival, in particular in the province of Entre Ríos. The coast of the immense Rio Uruguay is also well worth seeing.

It is arrested and domesticated at Salto Grande dam at Concordia. For lovers of culinary delights, countless restaurants invite, in particular in the already called big cities, for resting. Particularly the Argentine beef, as well as the good wine of the region still enjoys great popularity.
