Berlin-Kaulsdorf - rural idyll at the balcony of Berlin

Berlin-Kaulsdorf is a rurally embossed part of the town district Marzahn-Hellersdorf and is situated at the eastern edge of Berlin. The village is a green oasis in the urban turbulence and offers a fantastic look from the „Berlin balcony“ at the metropolis which is quite close and seems a long way off, nevertheless.

Visitors find a quiet idyll on the edge of one of the most amusing capitals of Europe whose centre is accessible in a short time. In the centre of Berlin-Kaulsdorfs which was first written mentioned in the 14th century it seems that the time has stopped. In the small store at the village green the inhabitants meet for a chat and the tower museum of the medieval brick-lined church will be opened for interested visitors.

On the old cobblestones bicycle travellers labours and then turn onto the cycle tracks along the Wuhle and small lakes. At the edge of the village new residential areas with nice houses emerged in whose alleys children can play undisturbed.

One of the highlights for lovers of nice and exotic gardens is the recreation park "Erholungspark Marzahn" in which you find the gardens of the world. Guests who like to spend the night in Berlin-Kaulsdorf can rent private holiday apartments.
